Job Description
Job Descripton :
- Responsible to handle all telephone and customers enquiries in a quality manner
- Coordinate with Sales, Products and Logistics team to ensure the customer order is delivery on time
- Follow up orders from order placed to delivery & provide after sales service
- Maintain accruate system records and monitor inventory transaction to ensure sufficient stock for customers
- Prepare and generate sales report to supervisor and ensure data integrity
Job Requirements :
- F.5 / DSE or above
- Minimum of 1 year sales operations working experience is preferable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin & English
- Good in PC knowledge
- Enthusiastic, independent, well organised, customer-oriented with can do attitude to work with different parties
- Shift duties : 9:00-18:00 / 13:00-22:00 {Monday to Sunday)
- Immediately available is highly perferred
