Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- To support sales in order processing including communications with China offices, factories & customer
- Handle shipment from factories & sample shipment to customer
- Communication with forwarder on goods collection and pick up
- Maintain up-to-date shipment records in ERP system
- Ensure a smooth running of the process with internal & overseas customers
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years shipping experience is require
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) software system is preferable
- Manufacturing experience is preferable
- Diploma level in business or above is preferable
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
