Essential Responsibilities:

As a Sales Administration Executive, you will be responsible for following up sales orders fulfillments, including direct coordination with customers on their sales order requirements, and liaison with other internal parties in the Company to make sure the order processing are on right track.

How you can contribute:

• Collaborate work with Sales Administration teammates and other cross functional parties to ensure quality of teamwork.
• Comply with company product offering rules and policies.
• Enter and generate sales orders into AX system and create picking list for local distribution center.
• Coordinate material and inventory plans with Supply Chain Teams.
• Evaluate Finished Goods Ready Date with considering supply chain status.
• Handle and response complaints, sales order changes, cancelations and account billing questions as well as other queries of sales orders.
• Assist other departments to clarify problems with customers in relation to inventory control, debt collection, pending shipments and other operating matters.
• Ensure Order-to-Cash (O2C) process operates smoothly.

What you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Customer Service and Order Fulfillment.
• Prior experience in manufacturing sector or MNC.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
• Good organizational skill and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented, good analytical and problem solving skill.
• Good command in listening/written/spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS applications, experience in using Dynamic AX system is an advantage.
