Our client is a market leader within consumer electronics sector and with global market coverage. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic talent to lead its supply chain function in Asia.

Reporting to the Director, you will formulate effective supply chain strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives in response to commercial needs within a rapid-changing market. You will oversee order fulfillment, supply planning, outbound logistics and 3PLs management functions. Leading a team in China, you will ensure smooth logistics flow and on-time delivery of merchandise exports from Asia origins to worldwide hubs. You will collaborate closely with commercial and manufacturing teams in the aspects of product availability and storage utilization. In addition, you will control logistics cost and optimize process to enhance operations efficiency. 

Successful candidate should possess the following competencies and attributes:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or any related discipline 
• At least 12-15 years of experience in Supply Chain/ Outbound Logistics Management gained from manufacturing sector (e.g. consumer electronics, toys)
• Solid knowledge of outbound logistics flow from Asia to worldwide market; proven experience in managing suppliers and carriers in Asia
• Exposure to multinational with matrix structure and fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with top management and cross functional teams 
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
