This role helps manage aircraft documents, subscriptions and programs and ensures it meets the necessary compliance and regulatory requirements, to ensure a safe operation of flights.

Key Accountabilities/Responsible Areas:

• Responsible for the aircraft documentation, data and manual subscriptions, manual updates and distribution, staff training arrangement, coordination and record;
• Ensures all aircraft related subscriptions, programs, and documents are properly kept up to date in order for the airworthiness and operability of the aircraft and crew; Support to the Maintenance Department in areas of aircraft maintenance programs, subscriptions and training arrangement.
• Being flight operations librarian to keep track of aircraft related data subscription update and relevant legislative compliance to help Flight Operations Department to ensure that the applicable regulatory requirements are followed;
• To be involved in any aircraft certification process or aircraft operating license application;

•          Provides the necessary information for the managed fleet of aircraft to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and local laws e.g. airport, national aviation authority laws, e.g. SAFA list document are updated and properly kept on-broad; 
•          Any other ad-hoc job as assigned by COO/CEO.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Aviation or equivalent with training relating to aviation compliance, training and or safety shall be an advantage;
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in flight operations and or training and compliance role;
• Possesses knowledge on the principles of aircraft operations including a certain understanding of the aviation regulatory requirements;
• Multitasking and willing to learn.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
