They curate stunning shared spaces, social events and cultivate a strong sense of community through a proprietary technology-driven interface while delivering services to hotel standards. They are a portfolio company of leading global private equity firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports
• Handle full set of accounting records
• Reviewing, monitoring and enhancing internal controls of the company
• Liaise with business owners across departments/countries to ensure on time collection of information to meet deadlines
• Assist in tax planning, treasury functions and any ad hoc assignments
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors

Eligibility:

• Hong Kong Permanent Residency or Hong Kong Citizenship
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Holder of Certificate/Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant working experience;
• Member of HKICPA or ACCA preferable
• Self-motivated, independent with a strong sense of responsibility, detailed/analytical, and able to work under pressure
• Advanced Excel skills
