Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administrative and accounting support to Head of Finance Division of the Group;
• Monitor the day-to-day running of the treasury and accounting & loan administration function of the division;
• Compilation of the Group’s financial projection budget, investment and credit report;
• Monitor credits position and handle loans administration;
• Deal with KYC issue of the Group and ensure due statutory compliance in all aspect;
• Liaison with working team of different business units of the Group in HK, Taiwan, PRC, Canada;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time; and
• Attend to bank account opening procedure, maintenance and communicate with relevant parties on periodical review.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting and/ or financial disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of accounting and/ or financial exposure;
• Knowledge of banking operations and KYC formalities an advantage;
• Mature, independent, initiative and have strong sense of commitment to work;
• Experience in banking operations and handling KYC formalities an advantage;
• 5 weekdays (Mon to Fri: 9:00am – 6:30pm)
• Ethical and proper handling of confidential information is a MUST; and
• Preferably Immediately Available.
