RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Accounts Payable activities for various business units
• Maintain bank book record and bank reconciliation
• Ensure payments are properly supported and approved in compliance with internal policies
• Responsible for month-end closing; prepare financial statements, cash flow statements, balance sheet schedules and other financial reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Assist in year-end statutory audit including preparation and review of audit schedule
• Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by Finance Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance related disciplines
• At least 5 years of accounting experience gained from MNC or sizable companies, preferably in retail industry
• Hands on experience in using AS400 and SAP system is a plus and knowledge on POS system and inventory record is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, self-discipline and able to meet tight deadlines
• A good team player with strong communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer applications in particular Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
