Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance in design management and site supervision of building services works projects;
• Review consultant’s designs and contractor’s submissions to ensure compliance with sound engineering principles and the required standards;
• Review technical proposals and works to ensure reliability and safety;
• Analyse method statements and technical submissions for compliance with the specified requirements;
• Monitor progress of the works, site quality control, maintain comprehensive records;
• Carry out witness testing and commissioning where appropriate;
• Co-ordinate with internal departments, architects, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure a smooth execution of the project;
• Site Based.
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder or Higher Diploma with professional qualification in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines;
• At least 5 years relevant experience in buildings work  and possession of experience in sewerage treatment or water treatment facility will be an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office applications, AutoCAD and project management software tools;
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese.
