Job Description
We are now seeking an experienced candidate with the following requirements:
Experienced office administrator and accounting specialist
- Ability to supervise overall administration and operations of HK office with experience in accounting.
- Full spectrum administration of company affairs, office admin support and clerical duties.
- All matters related to HR.
- Accounting experience to handle vendor invoices, voucher entries, cheque issuance, process daily cash transactions, make bank deposits, prepare monthly bank and petty cash reconciliation, assist in month end closing procedures, shipping arrangements / admin / others - payables tracking, receivables tracking, and expense tracking cashflow management, and accounts related duties
- Handling shipping administration and co-ordination matters
- Form 5 or above with at least 5-10 years experience handling full set accounts independently
- Good PC knowledge: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Command of English, Cantonese, written and spoken

Mature, stable, with strong sense of initiative and responsibility
- Able to think fast and work independently

Dynamic and assertive personality and can work under pressure

Knowledge of shipping admin will be helpful
