Job Description

Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Chairman in both business activities and personal matter
  • Manage & organize travel arrangement for business trips, including flights, hotel & accommodation and itinerary planning
  • Assist in handling office administration duties
  • Calendar management, schedule appointments
  • Organizing and maintaining files, records and other materials
  • Perform conveyance duties to Chairman and Guests
  • Responsible for car repairs & maintenance, cleanliness and replenishment of fuel, handle renewal of licenses and other related works as required
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience serving top executives
  • Courteous, punctual, honest with positive working attitude
  • Holder of valid HK and Mainland driving license with clean driving record
  • Willing to work overtime and at flexible working hours
  • Fluent Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin). Basic English will be advantage.

職位要求:

  • 至少5年相關工作經驗
  • 有禮貌,守時,誠實,工作態度積極
  • 持有有效的香港及中國內地駕駛執照,駕駛記錄良好
  • 接受加班及彈性工作時間
  • 流利普通話和廣東話, 基本英語
