Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Responsible for workstations,  servers and networking project life cycle: plan, setup, administrate, nursing, trouble-shooting and audit
• Research, plan, design and complete technical tasks (system rollout, upgrade, migration, optimization, hardening, re-engineering, automation, change control)
• Perform desktop management, support consultation, user training, and acceptance test
• Perform IT vendor coordination and service activities arrangement
• Develop and maintain technical documents (system configuration and specification)

 
Skill / Personality Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, in I.T. field is preferred
• At least 3 year of relevant working experience, (candidate with less experience but has good potential will also be considered)
• MCP, MCSA or CCNA certificates holder will be an advantage
• With Knowledge and experience in the "WIntel" platform, TCP/IP networking and office application
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Window 2003 / 2008 Active Directory, Hyper-V Server 2008, Win2000 and Exchange Server System, SAN storage and SAN switch
• Experience in blade server system administration is an added value
• Self-motivated, and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Get prepared to work out of office hours for urgent production issues supporting
• Immediate availability is definitely an advantage
