Scope of Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support to Private Wealth Management team for account opening, manage meeting agenda & travel arrangement, etc
• Prepare business analyst report, presentation materials and maintain client database
• Develop and maintain good business relationship with customers and other internal and external stakeholders
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Skills/ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales support in finance institution / banking industry
• Attend to detail, pro-active, customer-orientated, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin is a must
