KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• To lead a team with 5 subordinates
• To perform all supervisor and checker functions for end to end process of Trade Finance transaction which includes Import and Export LC Issuance, Letter of Guarantee, Document checking and Payment
• To proactively propose/provide processing solutions for new, diverse and complex transactions
• To maintain quality standards ensuring customer’s needs and expectations are met or exceeded
• To drive 'Import' respective processes review and system projects 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Degree/Diploma holder with at least 8 years’ hands-on experience in Trade Finance operations with Import LC and Letter of Guarantee processing is a must
• Minimum 5 years of people and team management experience
• Holder of CDCS and CSDG is preferred
• Proficient in International Standard Banking Practice (ISBP), ICC Uniform Customs and Practice (UCP600), URC 525, URR725, ISP98, URDG758, SWIFT, MIDAS, FITAS and IMEX.
• Good understanding of trade related compliance check 
• Strong team player, proactive, problem solver, has initiative and ability to multi-task in an environment of increasing product diversity & complexity
• Ability to effectively communicate complex issues in a precise and succinct manner
