Responsibilities :

• Provide Legal support covering Securities, Corporate Finance & Asset Management (RA 1, 4, 6 & 9)
• Draft and review various contracts, agreements and related materials to ensure compliance of relevant laws and regulations
• Keep abreast of regulatory requirements to ensure the regulatory compliance
• Review and update legal and compliance policies and procedures
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties, professional advisers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree holder in Law / Legal studies with previous experience in particularly handling business of RA 6
• Experience in applying License with SFC preferable
• Good written and verbal command of English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Strong organizational skills, good presentation and report writing skills.
• Reliable with high integrity and responsibility, strong commercial sense and meticulous with good inter-personal skill.
