Formulating products and marketing strategies for all secured lending products including SME and secured lending, mortgage and merchant acquiring business and driving new products development, products enhancement and launching effective marketing programs to deliver business targets in terms of portfolio and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
• Meet preset business budget for related products
• Develop marketing initiatives by gathering market and competitors' information and situation
• Plan and formulate marketing programs and develop action plans for marketing initiatives
• Execute planned marketing programs in a controllable way
• Coordinate and co-operate with different internal channels and gather professional comments on the development of marketing programs
• Regular review of business momentum and status of the programs and suggest improvement action items
• Evaluate and recommend changes to operations and channels to streamline operating procedures and improve sales process
• Take initiatives on new products development
• Co-ordinate with immediate manager to come up solutions for problems identified in daily sales activities and operations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of solid working experience in product and marketing, preferably in retail banking or SME marketing
• Experience in business strategy formulation
• Participation in product development is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong people management skill
