工作職責:

- 提供優質服務，處理客人的詢問
- 跨部門溝通，以有效處理客戶和運營問題
- 處理部門日常問題
- 提供有關設施、課堂和使用的準確信息

- 主動、獨立處事、懂得處理人際關係和良好溝通技巧
- 良好的英語和廣東話，普通話優勢
