Job Description:

• Well knowledge of handling Fit-out construction and A&A
• Familiarize and good at Processing the Tendering, Budget, Estimate, Subletting and Cost control etc
• To work collaboratively with project team members, to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirements
• To work with financial team, oversee the reporting on the project financial position including monthly cost value reconciliation's and project forecasting
• Liaise and keep good relationship with subcontractors, clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues
• Monitor project final account and VO claims
• Capable of liaising with clients and consultants to solve commercial, contractual and claim matters
• Resolving disputes in a timely manner
• Attend project meetings where required
• Document significant event

Job Requirements:

• Accredited academic qualifications in engineering, business management, quantity surveying, law
• Minimum 10 years relevant project experience of which 6 years with Fit-out construction and A&A in leading commercial role for building contract
• Experience in contract administration, claims preparation, with commercial and legal/ arbitration knowledge, familiar with various forms of conditions of contracts, cost control, planning and strategic management
• Good at task prioritizing and team supervision
• Excellent command of Chinese and English
