Our client, a global investment bank is looking for a proven Java Developer to work on their electronic trading platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop/enhance greenfield trading systems including connectivity, market data, and datawarehouse
• Develop interface for front office and middle office systems
• Work closely with global development team on large scale development
• Resolve performance issues / bottlenecks to provide innovative ways for improvement

Requirements:

• Proven enterprise development experience with Java
• Excellent understanding of data structure 
• Excellent knowledge of real-time, mission critical systems/applications, high-performance architecture, coding styles, multi-threading, etc
• Experience in FIX, Tibco, UDP, TCP/IP, etc
• Exposure to equities trading systems would be highly preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and take self initiatives
• Strong communication skills in English
