Our client, a HK reputable landlord is urgently looking for a Project Manager to join their HK team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the project team in relation to property development, project management, tendering and site supervision to the company's portfolio in HK
• Overseeing all aspects of construction project management from conceptual stage through project completion
• Set benchmarks for effective and efficient project control
• Manage projects activities and requirements with consultants, authorities, contractors and other personnel to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner within the time frame an equality standards set by the management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Architectural studies with professional qualification, i.e. MHKIA
• Minimum 13 years experience in residential development and A&A projects which at least 5 years in developers' projects
• Sound knowledge in project planning and well versed with Building Ordinance
• At least 5 years experience in managing high end residential projects/renovation
• Knowledge in AutoCAD
• Good command of spoken English
