Responsibilities:

  Artwork Coordination and Project Management

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Supply Chain Management and Quality Assurance departments as well as Packaging department in Germany and suppliers on collecting packaging information
• Organize and coordinate product photo shootings and packaging artwork creation with designers, photo studios and agencies
• Consolidate suppliers materials , artwork, die cuts, pictures etc. to Germany / 3rd party business for approval and artwork creation
• Review and approves all final printed packaging artwork for OBI suppliers
• Source and regularly evaluate the performance of artwork agencies and photo studios

  Supplier Management

• Implement and control product packaging policies and quality standards across all business units and factories
• Provide technical advice to suppliers on resolving packaging issues
• Other ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above with over 5 years packaging working experience in buying office or trading company
• Good knowledge of packaging and printing
• Strong problem solving, market sensibility and good communication skill
• Good command of English and Mandarin
