We are now seeking for a full-time Senior Designer / Designer – Knitwear to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sweater design process from initial concept to final pre-production prototypes.  
• Design flows that could provide values to our clients while catering a wide variety of scenarios.  Organize personal work streams and deliver work that meets objectives within deadlines.
• Research and analyze seasonal trends, colors, raw materials and styling. Create detailed specification and construction details.  
• Prepare presentation materials such as mood boards, trend reports, design sketches, CADs, etc.
• Communicate with overseas designers and internal teams to manage the design process and maintain design concept throughout the whole pre-production stage.
• Provide design and development services to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the quality and budget requirements.  Design and organizing fashion pop-up display and showcase.
• Collaborate well with others including other designers, digital designers, sales managers, suppliers and factory technicians.

 Requirements

• Have good product and yarn knowledge and familiarity of sweater development process
• Are strong in illustration skills and able to deliver creative and focused visual presentation
• Have demonstrated creative sense and ability
• Have good trend awareness and relevance to brand as well as excellent color sense
• Familiar with U.S. and/or Europe market(s)
• Are skilled in design software, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS office, Apex
• Possess 3+ years of experience in designing sweaters
