Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying discipline.
- At least 5 years relevant working experience with local interior fitting-out contractor and Main Contractor is desirable.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and estimation.
- Extensive knowledge to the conditions of contract generally used in Hong Kong.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
- A good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of budget / quotation /schedule of rates based on design provided by in-house designer.
- Preparation & assessment of quotations for variation orders, interim payment and settlement of final account.
- Preparation of tender documentation, pricing & submission.
- Pre and post contract negotiation, administration and cost monitoring.
- Subletting and review subcontractors' quotation.
