The Job:

• Source capable suppliers and recommend to Manager to expand vendor pool
• Manage new suppliers, briefing for business model, payment terms and other terms and conditions
• Do market research and prepare report, assist Manager and sales team to set up business strategies
• Responsible for quotation and sample handling, new product importation procedure, order follow-up, shipment coordinationand claim handling
• Work with QA team to collect suppliers’ qualifications for evaluation and ensure product quality is up to standard
• Monitor the order logistic arrangement with suppliers and Supply Chain Management team including shipping documentations
• Maintain and ensure records in Purchasing Order system are up to date and accurate
• Handle other projects/ jobs as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration /Supply Chain Management or equivalent disciplines
• Interested in developing a career in merchandising and e-commerce
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in merchandising or international trade environment
• Good organization and communication skills
• Well disciplined & can work independently
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook)
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
