Responsibilities

• Responsible for setup and day-to-day operations of web stores
• Provide online customer service and manage all communications with customers in respond to product and order inquiries
• Monitor e-marketplace performance, implement sales / marketing promotions to increase sales on various online platforms
• Prepare report and insight for conversion improvement
• Shoot and edit photos/videos, and create contents on social media and digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat(微信), Weibo(微博), Douyin(抖音) etc.
• Design graphics and layouts for digital and integrated marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure marketing campaigns are carried out effectively

Requirements

• University degree / high diploma in e-commerce or related disciplines
• Proven track record and at least 2 years of experience in the setup, managing and operating online stores on Hktvmall, Amazon, Tmall, Taobao and similar platforms
• Familiar with social media culture and media tools such as Facebook and Instagram
• Experience in management and development of mobile apps will be an advantage
• Attention to details, customer oriented, ability to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in HTML, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
