Technical Product Documentation (TPD) officer, Mother & Child Care - HK

In this role, you have the opportunity to

be working for our Secure Parenting & Healthy Feeding sub-business at the Mother & Child Care (MCC) innovation site in Philips Hong Kong. As a part of the MCC product development team, you will be contributing to the innovation of (new) products. You will be part of the team for executing the product development and aftercare of innovative products.

You are responsible for

the management of new and existing technical product documentation (TPD) created for our products.

Typically, TPD starts after new project or document change confirmed till end of product life cycle such as:

• new product, new colour, new country version, new packaging, special deal, etc.

  To oversee the process maintenance of document control under PTC Wind-Chill system and continuously to drive for speed and lean operational excellence.

  To play an active role in the maintenance of existing Project Management methodologies and continuously evaluate and explore improvement opportunities to enhance them.

  To provide office and project administrative support to ensure efficient Project Management operation within the development team.

You are a part of

Mother & Child Care Innovation & Development Team. The position is directly reporting to project manager in Hong Kong.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 

• 2 years experience in project support / product development.

• University degree.

• Customer mindset/business result oriented

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, TPD system.

• Good team player, high level of flexibility and ability to support beyond direct job scope.

• Good command in English. Knowledge of Chinese is a strong plus (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
