Responsibilities: 

• Working closely with sales, business development, mechanical engineering & system development teams in new product development.
• Handling electronic hardware design & development including PCB schematic & layout design, component selection & application, and software development.
• Understanding mechanical, electrical and software product feature-sets and drive solutions with outside partners
• Identify technology needs according to market needs & technology trend.
• Monitoring and managing the entire product development process from concept till to production
• Supervision of an electronic engineering team.
• Responsible for trouble shooting and identify relevant solutions.
• Provide technical documents to support production, quality inspection, product validation test & servicing.
• Working closely with customers & suppliers in handling quality issues through root cause analysis & solution proposal.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineeringor equivalent
• 10+ years of solid experience in research & product development of electrical & electronic products with 3 years at managerial level.
• Familiar with PCB design, electrical system design & software development.
• Experience in environmental related products like electrical vehicle chargers will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Frequent travel to South China is needed.
