Responsibilities:

• To work closely and maintain good customer relationshipwith developers, consultants, facility managers, contractors and all other stakeholders during poject execution
• To work closely with sales team to ensure smooth transition to project execution stage
• To work with various key suppliers for a complete & competitive BMS offer
• To manage the project in the aspects of costing, resources management and time management
• To manage the cash flow of various projects ensuring better utilization of captial 
• To liaise with ALC factory and Asia/Global engineering teams on market needs and product/solution development
• To gain share in HK and Macau to become an active player in the market and build sustainable relationship with key customers for long term business growth
• To work closely with other Carrier entities for synergy opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in engineering
• 5-8 years' proejct execution experience in relevant industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Self motivated and can work independently
• Good business senses in project management and proven record in gaining customer satisfaction
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Engineer
