Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for handling purchase order requisitions, inventory control and reporting relevant to project sites
• Execute sourcing and purchasing activities
• Liaise closely with suppliers for their quality of products and services as well as price negotiation / comparison
• Issue the purchase orders and update the status reports regularly
• Follow up orders in very clear details and keep good communication with suppliers
• Assist to manage & implement systematic procurement policy, procedure and controlling the systems for the purchasing of goods and services
• Assist to propose/ or make proper purchasing strategy plan to ensure different materials categories in right purchase at the best cost and maintain of the minimum inventory level
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• University Degree.
• At least 4-year experience in electronic components purchasing
• Less managerial experience candidate will be considered as Senior Purchasing Officer to be focus on general sourcing and purchasing operation
• Proficient in MS office
• SAP knowledge is advantageous
• Require Travel to Dongguan
