Responsibilities: 

• Provide 1^st  level support and escalation of complex issues;
• Handle incoming phone calls, email, instant message of support inquires  and request;
• Handle server deployment and migration projects for customers;
• Troubleshooting for various technical issues
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date hardware inventory; and
• Shift duties and handle ad-hoc technical support is required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in computer engineering and or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years’ of experience in Internet technology and server/network components;
• Knowledge of network technologies, TCP/IP, network security is essential;
• With working experience in MTR projects is preferable;
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels; and
• Self-motivated, team player and able to work under pressure
