Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement the Group’s Information Technology strategies to support business development and needs;
• Responsible for the overall management of IT operations including teams in Hong Kong, China and Australia in hardware and software for the delivery of quality IT services;
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to provide an effective and IT environment that include IT security, communications, data storage, retrieval and security, data backup, internet and dedicated connections, business continuity plan such as remote access, health checks and maintenance etc;
• Develop a cost effective vision and roadmap of organization’s technology strategy and infrastructure related IT budget;
• Ensure and establish risk and governance processes, ensure safety and security of company data and user’s privacy information as well as the latest technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines, preferably with professional qualification such as CISSP, CISA etc;
• Minimum 12 years of relevant IT experience with at least 5 years of supervisory experience;

• Have a high level of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of moral values, pay attention to details, have a good team spirit and professional attitude.
