Working in Lai Chi Kok or Tuen Mun office

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for day-to-day IT operations
• Handle computer hardware and software installation and configuration
• Perform troubleshooting on server and network issues
• Resolve problem on hardware & software applications
• Liaise with external vendors on IT related issues including system implementation and enhancement and hardware repair
• Maintain records on PC maintenance, user change and new equipment
• Provide technical support to office end users on hardware and software
• Ensure server runs smoothly and data backup are properly maintained
• Assist in sourcing and selecting vendors for regular maintenance and computer parts

Requirements

• Diploma or above in IT / Computer Science related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support and system administration including hardware/software installation
• In depth knowledge in network configuration and diagnosis for PC/client-side systems
• Hands on experience in SAP Business One is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, willing to learn and with good communication skills
