Responsibilities:

• Design user research framework to support defined objectives and KPI
• Analyse existing user flows and have a deep understanding on business limitations and opportunities
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research to support decisions in the design process
• Understand strengths and limitations of different research methodologies and apply them in the right situation
• Proven ability to holistically leverage not only primary but secondary data from multiple sources
• Generate key insights and new ideas with taking business objectives into consideration
• Demonstrate findings and ideas with proper UX tools such as personas, journey mapping, user flows, prototypes, etc.
• Present research findings and recommendations through written reports and presentations to stakeholders without design background
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders from different teams such as design, marketing and engineering in the research and design processes
• Maintain best practice manual by synthesising research findings for moving towards a data driven design framework

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any related field (IT / design / research background)
• 4+ years of experience conducting research on user experiences
• Excellent communication, assessment and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, able to take the right initiatives for given objectives
• Organized, detail oriented and able to work under light supervision
• Experience in programming language used for data and statistical manipulation is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
