Job Duties:

1. Responsible for daily accounting operation in Hong Kong and regional offices, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, cash flow control, invoice verification, cheque and remittance preparation, bank reconciliation, etc.
2. Assist in month-end and year-end closing, prepare accounting reports for management
3. Provide administrative and clerical support to the Accounts Department, such as data entry, filing and scanning work
4. Handle telephone calls and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

1. F.5 with LCCI Higher Level or equivalent
2. At least 2-3 years of finance and accounting working experience, gained in banks or financial services companies is preferable
3. Mature, well organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
4. Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
5. Strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
7. Knowledge in accounting software (Peachtree) is an advantage
8. Immediate availability is preferred
