Responsibilities 

The role will assist the General Counsel to:

• provide legal support to the overall business (including virtual banking, insurtech and other financial services) and operational matters;
• to review, draft and negotiate agreements, legal documents and correspondences;
• to prepare template for the legal team for future purpose;
• to conduct legal research;
• co-ordinate other ad hoc projects. 

Requirements  

• Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong with solid life insurance and insurance brokerage related experience;
• 3 - 5 years post-qualification experience gained with a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel;
• Self-motivated, responsible, good team player and ability to work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• PRC qualified will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
