Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and monitor integrated marketing activities to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition via various marketing channels for HK and Macau Market;
• Oversee product category performance by developing new products, organizing A&P activities to drive sales; the ultimate objective is to achieve the financial goals;
• Manage ATL & BTL materials to promote Saint Honore brand image as well as festive and cake & bakery products;
• Drive collaboration with external agencies and in-house designers to produce high quality advertising, promotion, packaging and visual merchandising materials, as well as construct effective media plans and support PR and market research initiatives.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business or related discipline;
• Over 15 years of solid experience in Retail, F&B or FMCG markets with 5 years experience gained from F&B industry is a must;
• Strong analytical, organization and communication, effective time and project management skills;
• Passionate with food products development a definite asset.
