Job descriptions:

• Assist the Production Manager in organizing and monitoring overall activities coordination in Production department such as daily operations, and across other department regarding Production department related tasks.
• Monitor the work flow and operation skill of the front production technician.
• Follow company polices and execute approved SOPs strictly.
• Assistant in developing, implementing and maintaining the documentation system, including the SOPs and other production documents.
• Monitor the equipment, cleanroom and warehouse according to the approval GMP procedure.
• Participate in initial and continuous training and to assist in preparation and delivering of program regarding to GMP.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding production related tasks.

Qualification and experience requirement:

• Higher diploma or above referred major in pharmacy, chemistry or biology disciplines.
• 3 years or above working experience in relevant industry preferable in sizeable pharmaceutical company.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, self-discipline and good team player.
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred.
• Applicant with less experience will be considered junior position.
