Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of production line, monitor production plan, quality and    delivery schedule to meet production target as assigned by Company
• Work with cross functional team in the factories to enhance the production yield performance
• Develop and execute the production strategies and enhance the manufacturing efficiency from order to delivery
  
• Formulate the strategies for the production business and resolve critical issues by providing professional advice to top management and implement accordingly
• Define & maintain standard operational systems, policies and procedures for efficient and effective management control
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline is an advantage 
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Apparel Manufacturing, at least 5 years in managerial level. Experience in headwear industry will be a plus
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and good organizational skills
• Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Station in Bangladesh
