Responsibilities:

● Communicate and execute expectations, required standards and calendar milestones to service providers
● Engage in pre-production meetings, in-lines and 3rd party final inspections
● Support the onboarding of new service providers to ensure clear understanding of process and quality standards
● Review development and production tech packs and resolve issues
● Preview/QC development and production samples
● Participate in factory visits to review production WIP
● Calibrate and train designated 3rd Party Quality Inspectors as necessary
● Join Seasonal Line review meeting with Merchandising/Vendors/Compliance

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Fashion or equivalent industry
● 5+ years' experience in apparel industry with concentration in fit and garment engineering
● Strong communication skills in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
● Luxury brand background a plus
● Build Relationships with sample rooms, patternmakers and factories
