Leading IT Support and Services firm whose head office is based in London is looking for a Deskside Engineer to provide support 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical support to plan and co-ordinate and deliver on IT Projects as well as providing training to clients users and research new technologies.

The ideal candidate will need to have

• 5 Years IT experience which should include 3 years in a server support role
• Worked in a consulting type of role or client based
• Certified in MCSE, CCNA and have a good educational background
• Previous experience in Banking and Finance would be an advantage but not necessary
• Good technical background
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
