Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effectiveness of day-to-day administrative duties, including but not limited to office and fixed assets management, procurement management and office renovation
• Handle travel and accommodation arrangements timely and process expenses claims
• Arrange meetings and events with internal and external parties, as well as all team activities
• Liaise and communicate with external parties for general office supplies and services
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' relevant administration experience in multi-national companies
• Good product knowledge and maintenance experience in Office Equipment and Furniture & Fixture defects
• Able to work in dynamic and fast-moving environment
• Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin, kowledge in Japanese preferable
• Excellent in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, multi-tasking, detail minded, well organized and good interpersonal skills
