Public Relations & IR Manager (5 Day; Luxury Retail ; HK$38K - $42K negotiable)

Our client is a renowned luxury retail in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Public Relations & IR Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Organize press conferences, investor presentations, AGM and corporate events
• Prepare corporate presentations, public announcements, Q&A, press releases, annual & interim reports and ESG report
• Arrange and sit in media interviews and analyst meetings with management
• Handle media and investors' inquiries and maintain media exposure 
• Draft management public speeches
• Manage and provide guidance to external vendors, such as PR agencies and financial printers
• Prepare 
• Prepare investor newsletters and news summaries for management

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Business Management, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines
• 6 years of experience preferably in listed companies 
• Strong network and connection with press and media of related field would be an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
