Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in event planning, developing and implementing marketing communication strategies and campaign to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads;
  • Lead and organize self-host/sponsor events, expos and roadshows;
  • Plan and manage all venue operations, logistics and preparations in relation to various events, expos and roadshows;
  • Monitor service providers/vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services required in accordance with the agreed scope of services, roles and responsibilities;
  • Communicate with different teams (e.g. sales and customer services) to ensure smooth delivery of the events, expos and roadshow;
  • Look out for collaboration opportunity with any third party for the business;
  • Manage and monitor sponsorship and partnership fulfilment;
  • Assist in developing and implementing the customer referral plan.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines;
  • 3-4 years’ experience in marketing with proven success and track record in driving business;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  • Strong analytical thinking, and proactive in solving and preventing problems;
  • Familiar with the local parent market and/or educational publishing industry or event management is preferable;
  • Experience in using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, DotDigital, etc.) is preferable;
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, written and spoken;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive.
