The Role:

The captioned vacancy has a duo role of office administration and marketing assistant for CRM marketing function. The candidate will be a key support for Brand Director in maintaining order and communication efficiency within office team while be a key player with CRM programme content creation, performance monitoring and working with cross-department to ensure great collaboration and communication correspondence.

Reports to: Brand Director, NARS & Senior Manager - Marketing, NARS

Responsibilities:

Office Administration

• Fixing schedule and documentation for Brand Director for efficient management operation
• Coordination and administration of office activities
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos and assist in research and presentation preparation

CRM Marketing Assistant

• Provide support to Head of Marketing and CRM Manager in regular CRM data reporting
• Produce members' communication (Email / SMS) with local translation and provided creative assets from Global team
• Maintain CRM programme content schedule and maintain close working relationship with cross-functions and Regional team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or relevant field.
• With minimum 1 year’s of working experience in marketing, research, agency or business administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
• Detailed oriented with meticulous minds
• Ability to multi-task with "can-to" attitude
• Process knowledge and skills with creative software (Photoshop / AI) and other visualizing software is highly preferable
