Job Descriptions:

• Assist Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives on daily operation such as product registration, sample and sample board making, lead time control, price quotation, update development list, follow up color approval, catalogues arrangement as per customers' requests, etc.;
• Support in other administrative duties;
• Assist marketing team and Marketing Managers in various kinds of programs;
• Cooperate with team members in Global Marketing Group (HK Office and overseas' subsidiaries) to achieve planned sales target;
• Conduct market research, survey and assist team members to prepare presentation materials when necessary;
• Assist in ad-hoc duties if any.

Job Requirements:

• DSE / A-Level or above with min. 1 year relevant experience, candidate with experience in manufacturing or trading industry will be a plus;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Well versed with PC applications like MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese WP;
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Detail-minded, multitasking, willing to learn;
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated characters are preferred.
