Responsibilities:

• Report and assist Business Development Manager to coordinate and prepare local & international Expression of Interest, Pre-qualifications, and Tenders;
• Maintain and develop relations with our Clients and Consultants;
• Maintain Company’s extensive electronic marketing and business development database;
• Cover the SE Asian & PRC market with close coordination with our offices in Asia and as such overseas travel is expected.

Requirements:

• University Graduate (preferably in Architecture, Urban Planning or related discipline with exposure to Marketing);
• 2-3 years working experience or above;
• Excellent command of spoken & written English, Chinese, including Mandarin;
• Outgoing, creative, self-motivated and a good team player with excellent communication, co-ordination and organization skills;
• Candidates with more experience may consider as Senior Business Development Executive;
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
