Job Description
Responsibilities:
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM):
• Understand the VIPs’ profile and behaviors
• Analyze client data to increase client knowledge & provide action plan to achieve CRM KPIs
• Client Loyalty management: Increase the loyalty of the VIPs
• Design and execute CRM strategies encouraging client retention and loyalty (GOAL program)
• Manage Client Community to ensure sales staff keep abreast of the latest CRM strategy (newsletter, annual seminar)
EVENTS:
• Coordinate with both service teams & partners to organize Boutique cocktails, Events and Seminar during peak seasons to capture traffic and generate additional sales.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE (CS):
• Enhance Customer Service
• Implement CS tools to increase client satisfaction: engraving machine, quick CS services.
Requirements:
• Degree or similar qualification in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 4 years experience working in similar position
• Knowledge in the hospitality industry is an advantage
