Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for production follow up, order execution and logistic co-ordination
• Handle price negotiation and costing with suppliers
• Monitor order tracking activities to meet market requirements in terms of quality, quantity, specification, delivery etc.
• Ensure the merchandise being imported complies with the company’s requirements and the regulatory norms
• Maintain strong business relationships with vendors
• Handle emails with overseas vendors and headquarters independently
• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the supervisor

Job Requirement

• Diploma or above qualification
• At least 2 years’ experience handling home appliances items and familiar with EU market are preferable
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, positive and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and organization skills
• Proficient in MS Office application (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Good command of English and Mandarin

 *Office allocation: Few minutes walk from Whampoa station
