Responsibilities

• Work on a wide variety of matters relating to sales, marketing/advertising, customer services amongst others.
• Assist to draft, review and comment all types of agreements in support of the company's business.
• Independently responsible for reviewing and approving marketing materials.
• Assist in legal researches for the purpose of answering legal & compliance enquiries and supporting business projects.
• Assist with resolving significant legal issues as well as litigation/dispute resolution matters escalated by the business teams.
• Monitor changes of legislation as well as law enforcement status that would impact the company's business, and report the updates on a regular basis.
• Assist to prepare compliance training plan/schedule, training material and deliver the training.
• Handle document filing, company stamp management, etc.
• Another issues designated by the Legal Director from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Law
• Minimum 5 years working experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal
• Experiences in law firm or MNC is a plus
• Excellent writing, analyzing, summarizing and presenting skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; a good team member
• Mature and careful thinking, hardworking, self-motivated, independent, able to meet tight timelines
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
