Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial matters for the listed Group and its private subsidiaries;
• Arrange for filing of statutory forms and returns with registrars/regulatory authorities;
• Assist in organizing Board/Committee and Shareholders meetings of Holding Companies;
• Assist in review of agreements/contracts and preparation of financial analysis;
• Provide KYC support to the business and completion of commercial transactions;
• Assist in the preparation of annual / interim reports, circulars and announcements;
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Company Secretarial Team;
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder in Business Administration/Corporate Governance or a related discipline;
• Associate member of ICSA/HKICS/HKICPA is an advantage but not a must;
• Minimum 4 years of related company secretarial experience gained from professional/commercial fields;
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing;
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin will be an advantage;
• Attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
